摘 要
以地方为名的“岭南画派”，高剑父是创始人之一，由于高剑父生活的环境，接受的思想使高剑父对中国画有一定革新意识。高剑父深刻的理解中国的传统文化；他对审美的理解也是不同的。高剑父尽自己最大的努力倡导革新传统的中国画，又提倡折衷，在传统绘画的基础上学习西方绘画，完美融合，吸收西方绘画的优点，为我所用。在固有的绘画技法基础上；也吸收日本和西方画法，讲究黑白、透视、光影、立体空间的表现。高剑父也大力提倡写新的题材，认为国画应表现一定的时代气息。由于高剑父生活的社会背景，从而反应到自己的艺术创作上。高剑父吸收日本和西洋画法，特别重视写生，擅长用颜色和水墨渲染，非常有南方地区的特色，因此，开创了岭南画派。
论文全篇分为四章。第一章总体讲述生活环境和社会环境对高剑父的影响，家境的变故，社会革新对他都有一定的影响。第二章论述高剑父画风形成的成因，国民革命的影响及他去日本学习的结果。第三章主要以高剑父的作品特点展开论述，前期的作品风格他学习传统的中国画，中期他探索改良中国画，后期，他又回归于中国画，中西融合。第四章则围绕高剑父的艺术成就来论述。第五章重点论述高剑父的艺术分格对当今的影响。

Abstract
Gao Jianfu was one of the founder of the Lingnan school of painting, is a knowledgeable artist. His Chinese traditional culture and the aesthetic psychology of understanding is profound.
