【摘要】 目的 探讨耳穴埋豆技术在骨科术后疼痛干预中的应用效果。方法 收集2017年10月至2018 年4月我院骨科收治的手术患者60 例，采用随机数字法分为两组，对照组（n=60）接受常规疼痛干预，观察组（n=60）在常规干预的基础上采用耳穴埋豆技术，比较两组患者干预前后的疼痛程度、生活质量和满意度。结果 干预后观察组患者的疼痛程度和生活质量均明显优于对照组，P<；观察组患者的满意度明显高于对照组，P<。结论 耳穴埋豆技术可有效改善骨科患者术后的疼痛程度，对于提高患者的生活质量和临床服务满意程度均具有积极作用，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] objective to explore the effect of auricular embedding technique in postoperative pain intervention in orthopedics.
