文档介绍:中对于人各项能力提升的“人的城镇化”;第三章通过分析当前我国城镇化水平评价指标体系,指出传统的城镇化忽视了对“人的发展”评价,构建了关注“人的发展”的指标体系。第四章是文章的核心章节,是从现实角度出发,挖掘城镇化过程中“人的发展”诉求,根据阿玛蒂亚·森的观点,从实质自由的扩展工具一一四项工具性自由出发,分析当前城镇化过程中存在的削弱人可行能力的现象,并结合阿玛蒂亚·森的理论加以分析;在第五章的政策建议中,根据上文提出的问题,结合当前形势,最终得出在城镇化过程中关注人的发展,最重要的就是从制度层面的改革和创新,破除传统制度,建立围绕发展人的新型制度,文章最后提出城镇化过程相关制度的创新和改革是发展我国特色城镇化道路的必然选择,为推进统筹城乡下的城镇化发展提出政策建议。关键词:统筹城乡,城镇化,可行能力,以人为本,农民工 ABSTRACT Economics analysis,we usually think thattown ischanged isthe development of non—agricultural economic elements to urban agglomeration system economics thinks,in theprocess of urbanization ofruraltowns isevolved,it differsfromtheruralpopulation andactivity mode ofthesystem arrangement,economic development is bound topromote allkindsofeconomic elements intheregion between theflow,urbanization istheresult istheprocess ofsocialization,thesubj ectand core ofsocializationhuman beings,SO isthe town isbased on the view of socializationsight,urbanization is no doubt thattheproblem ofpeople,of human and socialdevelopment,and ofideal lifestyle which people pursuit inthesociallife.
