摘要：以上海建工“营造商”平台为例，对施工企业降本增效的方法进行了分析。从安全类物资的集采供应模式出
发，就建筑施工企业降本增效的相关问题进行深入探讨，尝试结合建筑施工企业的实际情况，探索出未来我国集团型
建筑施工企业降本增效的有效策略，以期为其他建筑企业提升产业效率和综合竞争力提供参考。
