2型糖尿病大鼠早期肾损害的研究
[摘要] 目的:探讨在2型糖尿病(NIDDM)大鼠早期肾损害过程中血浆中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素(ET)含量的变化规律,为早期防治糖尿病肾病(DN)提供理论依据。方法:采用链脲菌素(STZ)造成大鼠糖耐量异常,然后喂以高糖、高脂肪饲料10周,造成2型糖尿病模型,分别测成型前4、2周、成型时、成型后2、4周血浆中CGRP、内皮素(ET)含量的变化。结果:成型前4周血浆CGRP、ET无明显改变;而成型前2周、成型时、成型后2、4周血浆中CGRP进行性下降,同时血浆中ET含量明显增加。结论:CGRP、ET相互作用共同参与DM肾损害的发生、发展。动态观察血浆CGRP、ET的变化,对于早期发现DN及分析病情有重要意义。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the changes of levels of CGRP and ET in serum of early kidney damage in rats with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). We provided theoretic basis for preventing early diabetic kidnetic destroy. Methods: Rats were gived STZ and developed impained glucose tolerance, then were fed with high fat and high glucose. After ten weeks, NIDDM models were formed. The levels of CGRP and ET were assayed when the DM models of rats were formed and before and after it at the 2nd and the 4th weeks respectively. Results: The concentration of CGRP and ET did not obviously alter in serum at the 4th week before the models were formed, while these indicators increasingly declined at the 2nd
