This thesis analyzes the application of anization modes in the construction project supervision department, the use of Bruce Tuchman ’s Stages of Team Development Model analysis to make the construction of construction project supervision department be the step that the team must go through, the application of Jesse - Blanchard Leadership Model to analyze how to make the construction project supervision department ’s leadership behavior be more efficient, explains how municate clearly internal the construction project supervision department and clarify the application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs in the Incentive Management of construction project supervision department.
