浅析“双高期”老干部管理服务工作特点
（摘要）中国已处于一个老龄化社会,随着老干部“双高期”的到来，广大老干部的管理服务工作已成为党的干部工作的重要组成部分，要做好这项工作,就要充分结合我国当前的社会经济环境、老干部的队伍构成和精神文化生活需求等变化,多方面借鉴和运用现代管理学、老年学、心理学等学科理念，切实立足于老干部工作的实际出发点，摸清底数，找出规律,潜心研究,不断创新服务内容、不断提高服务水平、不断拓展服务范围，丰富老干部工作方式和手段。目的就是要使老干部管理工作不断上水平，各项待遇扎实落实,思想建设不断创新，精神文化生活不断提高.
（ Abstract ） China is already in an aging society, with the old cadres” double high period” arrival, the broad masses of old cadres management services has become a cadre of the party works main component, want to had done this work， must combine with Chinese current social economic environment, old cadre team structure and spiritual and cultural life demand changes， multiple reference and the application of modern management, gerontology， psychology and philosophy， and based on the old cadre works the actual starting point， to find out the real situation， find out the rule, painstaking research, innovative services， and constantly improve the level of service, continuously expand the scope of services, rich old cadre work style and means. The purpose is to make the management of cadres work continuously on the treatment level， solid implement, ideological innovation, constantly improve the spiritual and cultural life。
