赣州市卫生事业发展“十一五”规划
“十一五”时期，是我市落实科学发展观，全面建设小康社会的重要时期，也是实施“对接长珠闽，建设新赣州”发展战略的关键阶段。全市各级卫生部门要坚持科学发展观，在新的起点上，深化卫生改革，推进卫生事业发展，提高居民健康水平，为保障人民群众健康权益，构建社会主义和谐社会，实现赣州经济社会科学和谐的追赶型跨越式发展作出贡献。
一、规划背景
（一）“十五”时期卫生事业主要发展成就
“十五”期间，全市卫生系统认真贯彻党和国家关于城镇医药卫生改革和农村卫生改革的一系列政策，成功地战胜了非典、人感染高致病性禽流感等新发急性传染病的危害，各项卫生事业发展取得了突出成就。
——医疗卫生服务体系基本完善，卫生事业蓬勃发展。“十五”期末，全市床位总数达12467张，较“九五”期末增加2795张，增长23%；%，较“九五”期末所占比例增加4个百分点，；，房屋及建筑物面积131万平方米；“十五”，验收科技成果146项，确定医学领先专业建设对象13个，填补市内空白新技术项目316项；县、乡、村三级医疗预防保健网络已基本形成，基本上能够满足全市及周边群众不同层次的医疗卫生需求。
