城市历史街区的更新与保护
摘 要
历史街区集中体现了城市的历史文化，在城市发展的过程中具有极高的保护价值。历
史街区通常位于城市老城中心区，在历史上这些街区都是城市经济、文化中心，并长期保
持着长盛不衰的活力。历史街区中无论是体现空间环境的传统街道与历史建筑物还是蕴含
原住居民身口相传的丰富的历史文化传统都是城市内涵、活力、特色、文脉的重要组成部
分。 最近， 由于多种客观因素的影响， 历史街区正在逐渐丧失曾经的繁荣辉煌而走向衰败，
自身的老旧建筑以及较差的物质环境逐渐使得历史街区变成城市杂乱和落后的代名词。同
时，隐藏在街区中的历史文脉也在逐渐消失。因此如何复兴历史街区便是目前需要解决的
重要问题。
论文主要对历史街区更新与保护的概念进行了分析阐述，对历史街区更新与保护进行
了界定，本文采用归纳总结、分析和实证的研究方法，综合分析了东西方历史街区更新与
保护的理论发展演变历程，探讨了城市历史街区更新与保护的理想模式。选取西安三学街
历史街区、北院门历史街区及城隍庙历史街区三个不同功能特色的历史街区为典型实例，
通过实态调研，分析研究历史街区的更新特征，提出并验证历史街区更新改造的可操作、
可持续模式。
本文的创新点在于将国内外历史街区的众多理论及实例进行比较研究，系统性的探索
提出我国历史街区更新与保护的可操作、可持续的模式。
