摘要：电子商务就是利用现在先进的电子技术从事各种商业活动的形式，它作为一种新兴的商务形式，给世界经济带来了一个全新的概念。电子商务以其高效率、低成本、快速通信、全天候服务等优点，受到世界各国的重视，发展势头强劲。目前发达国家的电子商务已逐步涉及到各个领域，我国的电子商务还处于起步阶段。通过对当前国内外流行的电子商务的发展现状进行描述，指出我国电子商务存在的制约因素，寻找符合我国国情的电子商务发展对策。从趋势上看，我国电子商务必须向纵深化、专业化、国际化、区域化发展。

Abstract: Electronic commerce is engaged in each kind of trade activity using the present advanced electronic technology the form, it takes one kind of emerging business form, has brought a brand-new concept for the world economics. Electronic commerce by its high merits and so on efficiency, low cost, fast correspondence, all-weather service, receives various countries the value, the development momentum is present developed country's electronic commerce has involved gradually to each domain, our country's electronic commerce is also at the start stage. Through carries on the description to the current domestic and foreign popular electronic commerce's development present situation, pointed out that our country electronic commerce existence the restriction factor, seeks conforms to our country national condition electronic commerce development countermeasure. Looked from the tendency, our country electronic commerce must to deepening, the specialization, the internationalization, the regionalizing development.
