贾家镇“十二五”规划

未来五年，是充满希望、前景美好的五年，也是推进跨越、共铸辉煌的五年。我镇迎来了一个政策利好、机遇增多、活力增强的重要战略发展期。新一轮西部大开发、天府新区的规划建设、成渝经济区的加快建设，使我镇的区域优势更加明显，融入成渝更加紧密。我们必须准确判断，科学谋划，顺应新形势，迎接新挑战，努力开创贾家经济社会发展新局面。
一、指导思想
坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，全面贯彻落实科学发展观，围绕建设“实力贾家、魅力贾家”目标，以小城镇建设为依托，以发展工业为基础，以转变发展方式和加快发展有机结合为主线，以保障和改善民生为根本出发点，坚持科学规划，整合所有资源，统筹城乡一体发展、统筹经济社会均衡发展，加快建设经济繁荣和谐幸福新贾家。
二、奋斗目标

三、方法措施
实现这一目标，要突出抓好四个方面的工作：
（一）坚持优化结构、转变方式，构建现代产业体系
产业是经济发展的重要支撑。要按照“工业建园区、城镇扩新区、农业建基地、旅游建亮点”的思路，加快形成传统产业和新兴产业协调发展的现代产业体系，推动贾家成为 “产业重镇”。
一要着力加强园区建设，突出发展工业经济。实施工业强镇战略，加快扩张经
