实施方案
为进一步巩固和扩大深入学习实践科学发展观活动成果，不断推动学习实践科学发展观向尝试和广度发展，根据《中共赫章县委关于深入开展“忠实践行宗旨、勤政廉政为民”教育进一步巩固和扩大深入学习实践科学发展观活动成果的实施方案》（赫县党发[2010]18号）文件精神，现结合本单位实际，制定如下实施方案。
指导思想
高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，以马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导，全面贯彻党的十七大、十七届三中全会、省十次党代会、省委十届四次全会、县十次党代会第三次会议精神，紧密结合赫章实际，进一步转变全体干部职工的思想观念，围绕解决与科学发展不适应不符合的突出问题，准确把握我县当前跨越式发展面临的新形势新任务，以思想大解放来营造深入学习实践科学发展观活动的良好氛围，创造良好的学习环境引领科学发展观的实践活动，为创新体制机制、推动科学发展、促进社会和谐奠定坚实的思想基础、理论基础和工作基础。
