摘要：随着经济的发展，各种工业活动和人类活动给自然环境造成了极大地破坏。人类行为是生态环境变化非常关键的影响
因素，为了保护生态环境，促进环境保护工作的可持续发展，我国对环境保护事业高度重视，对环境保护的投入持续增加。
本文分析了规划环境影响评价在环境保护工作中的重要性，期望能够提升从事环保行业人员的工作效率，减少污染物的产出
和排放，保障环保工作有效开展。

Abstract: With the development of economy, all kinds of industrial activities and human activities have caused great damage
to the natural environment. In order to protect the ecological environment and promote the sustainable development of environmental
protection, China attaches great importance to the cause of environmental protection. This paper analyzes the importance of planning
environmental impact assessment in environmental protection work, hoping to improve the work efficiency of personnel engaged in
environmental protection industry, reduce the output and emission of pollutants, and ensure the effectiveness of environmental protection
