文档介绍：摘要现代乡村旅游在我国的发展已有20多年,进入新世纪以后,在国家政策和国际、国内旅游市场的大力推动之下,乡村旅游的发展势头更加高涨,无论是规模上还是质量上均得到较大提高。今天,乡村旅游已经成为人们热衷的休闲、度假方式。承德旅游资源丰富,是我国旅游名城,也是河北省的旅游龙头城市。河北省政府将承德列为全省四个环京津休闲旅游城市之一,市委、市政府提出要举全市之力推进旅游产业转型升级, 全力打造京东旅游环线“第一品牌”,努力建成具有国际品质的休闲旅游城市,把乡村旅游作为全市旅游业发展的有机组成部分和推动农村社会经济发展与文明进步的有力手段。承德乡村旅游还处于低水平的开发阶段,乡村旅游的特色不突出,内在潜力没有得到充分挖掘。这就要求我们必须借鉴旅游开发的前沿理论做指导,汲取其他地区旅游开发实践中的先进经验,做好承德乡村旅游的开发工作。本文作者参阅大量文献资料,理清了国内外乡村旅游产生和发展的脉络,明确了乡村旅游的概念、内涵和特点,对国内外有关乡村旅游研究的主要内容进行了整理、归类和分析,指出了国内外乡村旅游研究的不足,阐明了乡村旅游开发研究的必要性。系统总结了有关乡村旅游开发的基本理论,阐述了关于乡村旅游开发的内容和方法,并以相关理论为指导,以承德新杖子乡旅游开发为实例,重点探讨了承德乡村旅游开发中应当注意的问题和具体的开发策略。本文的理论创新点在于:以乡村旅游开发相关理论为指导,对承德新杖子乡旅游开发问题进行了细致、全面的研究,深入分析了新杖子乡发展乡村旅游的基础条件,剖析了开发过程中存在的问题,并为其深度开发成“花果小镇”提出构想和具体的开发策略。希望为承德乡村旅游健康、持续发展提供一些可供参考的理论帮助,从而促进承德乡村旅游整体水平的提升。同时也希望通过本项研究,进一步完善有关乡村旅游开发的相关理论。关键词:乡村旅游开发承德新杖子乡花果小镇 Abstract Modem ruraltourism has developed formore than 20years entered the new century,、析m thepromoting ofnational policy,intemational and thedomestic tourism market,rural tourism development impetus more,regardless ofsize orquality are greatly ,rural tourism has already e a leisure style which people loved.
