有一种爱，叫无私；有一种爱，叫关怀；有一种爱，刻画着伟大的灵魂；有一种爱，歌咏着崇高的品质。 ———题记
教师是人类文化、科学知识的传播者，是人类开发理性、奔向光明的引路人。教师的职业是神圣的，担负着培养、教育下一代人的艰巨繁重的任务，他们用知识的力量去激励学生求知的欲望，以严爱之心架起师生间友谊的桥梁。人们常把教师比喻为"红烛"、"人梯"、"春蚕"、"铺路石"，意在表达教育这一职业的无私和伟大。
“育苗有志闲逸少，润物无声辛劳多。”我品尝了甜酸苦辣，各种的味儿，让我深深的感受到作为“人类灵魂的工程师”不仅要教书育人，更重要的是“爱生”，只有真正的热爱学生，走进学生的心灵，才能把教书育人的工作做好。
一、 要有持之以恒的“爱心” 
全国著名特级教师霍懋珍老前辈有一句名言——“没有爱，就没有教育”。剖析这句话，我们不难看出：一个教师对学生的“爱”是多么的重要。这种“爱”，首先源于教师对教育事业的爱；没有对教育事业的爱，他就不会释放出对学生“爱”的能量。作为一名小学教师，只有当你拥有了一颗对教育事业忠贞不渝的爱心，你才可能全身心地投入到教育事业中，把你对事业的“爱”化作一丝丝情，融入到与学生相处的每时每刻，融入到你的教育教学全过程之中。学生思想品德的好坏，学****成绩的优劣，体质健康状况怎样，生活是否有困难……这一些些都是老师应该给予关注的内容。这种“爱”不可能只是大庭广众之下的慷慨陈词，也不可能只是一时一事；它需要求真务实，需要持之以恒；倘若只是昙花一现，那又怎谈得上是真正的“爱心”呢？
