文档介绍:理工学院毕业设计学生姓名: 袁云飞学号: 08L0607104 专业: 材料成型及控制工程题目: 发动机盖内板模具设计及工艺模拟指导教师: 毛浩恩(讲师) 评阅教师: 201 2年6月汽车发动机盖内板模具设计及工艺模拟摘要随着汽车工业的发展,汽车外观质量的要求越来越高,汽车的换型时间越来越短。这就要求重视影响覆盖件的成形因素,提高覆盖件的成形质量,缩短覆盖件模具的开发时间。覆盖件主要通过拉深、切边、冲孔、翻边等工艺成形,其中拉深工艺是获得合格覆盖件的关键所在。合理的制定拉深成形工艺及设计拉深成形模具是提高覆盖件成形质量的有效措施。因此本文对覆盖件拉深成形过程的研究具有广泛的适用价值和重要的理论意义。本文采用理论分析和有限元模拟技术相结合的方法,将 CAD 软件 UG, 板料成形模拟软件 Dynaform 结合起来,进行分析和研究。建立了汽车覆盖件的三维模型,完成了有限元分析过程。在建模过程中,利用 CAE 软件中的 DFE 模块对覆盖件模具进行模面设计;采用快速设置的方式对模拟过程中的各个参数进行定义;对发动机盖内板拉深成形进行数值模拟,得到了覆盖件类零件成形过程的变形规律和影响因素,改善了工艺方案,改进了模具设计。以板料成形过程中的真实流动规律和变形力学特征,作为工艺参数分析和模具结构优化的参考,降低设计费用和时间,提高设计的精度和可靠性,最终形成一套可靠的数值仿真分析方案。关键词:汽车发动机盖内板;成形模拟; Dynaform SIMULATION OF AUTOMOTIVE ENGINE COVER PLATE FORMING AND MOULD DESIGN A BSTRACT With the development of quality is higher and higher, the automotive industry, the requirement of surface time of car-for-type is shorter and shorter. So it require that pay attention to the forming factors of panels, improve the quality of panel forming, reduce the time of die design. The crafts of panel forming are that drawing, clipping, punching, flanging and soon. Drawing is most important for the forming quality of panel. The effective measure to improve the forming quality of panel is that design rational drawing dies and technology. Used the theoretical and the finite element simulation method, bined the CAD software UG and the sheet metal forming simulation software D ynaform together, pleted the entire process from the establishment of Automotive Panel 3D model to the finite element simulation. In the modeling process, die face was designed by the use of DFE mold in CAE software for automobile engine cover plate ; defined the various parameters of the simulation with rapid tools. Using Finite Element Technique, deeply study the Automotive Panel forming process of deformation and impact factors. Using the actual mechanical deformation and flow characteristics of sheet metal forming process asa reference . Key words: Automobile engine cover plate; forming simulation;
