随着我国社会经济发展的节奏,给大学毕业生提供了越来越多的就业岗位。这
些都导致高校毕业生就业信息的流通量成倍增长，传统就业网站功能单一、服务
起点低、没有充分发挥网络交互通信作用成为就业工作的一大难题。为了做好大
学毕业生的就业服务工作，目前我国大部分高校纷纷依托校园网开设了就业信息
网。大学生创就业管理系统的建立，架起了人才资源与招聘信息沟通的桥梁，开
辟了跨区域、跨国界、跨时空的全新的服务方式，为高校毕业生就业和用人单位
选才提供了极大便利[1]。
建立一个完整的大学生创就业网站，需要有完善的功能和简便的操作方法。
因此，本管理软件选用了广泛使用的互联网作为应用平台，用 B/S 作为结构模式，
在 Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 环境下编译生成。数据库使用 SQL Server 2000，
满足数据的准确性及数据的安全，对数据的保密性强，功能强，安全性高。通过
对程序功能的编码，后台数据库的连接，并结合 网页界面的设计，开发
出一个具有具有查询就业信息，查询人才，搜索人才，搜索就业信息，注册，登
陆，修改个人信息，查看公告通知，求职技巧，法律法规，热点新闻等功能的网
站平台。详细说明了网站主要部分的设计情况和主要功能，并对建设过程中运用
的关键技术进行了较为深入的分析。
大学生创业就业管理系统优势即表现在它的服力对像是针对大学生的要求
来设定，这样对大学生的教育和背景有相对应用的要求，而且对创业项目的要求
也更为宽泛，大学生对创就业信息管理系统的要求就更加细致。大学生创就业网
站的设计与开发应本着功能性、技术性、交互性、人性化的原则，使之成为主要
的就业指导平台。
