文档介绍：内蒙古师范大学硕士学位论文中文摘要高等职业教育是国民教育体系中高等教育的一种层次和类型,与本科教育强调学科性不同,是按照职业分类,根据一定职业岗位实际业务活动范围的要求,培养第一线实用性(职业性或技术应用性)人才。在近几年的快速发展过程中,受到较大扩张招生规模,教学基础相对较差, 对此类教育规律研究不足等客观原因的影响,社会上对高等职业教育认同度不足。在此严峻形势下,研究建立与优化高等职业院校学生激励机制,充分调动高等职业院校学生的积极性、创造性,挖掘他们的潜能, 从而提高高等职业教育的效能,具有重要意义。首先,本文对中西方的激励理论进行了梳理,对激励机制的概念、激励机制的形成及作用进行了分析,通过分析影响激励机制的几个因素, 得出激励机制在高等职业院校学生管理中的作用。其次,本文结合对部分学生访谈、问卷调查的统计结果r对内蒙古建筑职业技术学院学生激励机制的现状进行分析,指出其中主要存在的问题,深入分析了影响学生积极性的主要原因。最后,针对上述分析研究,联系学生激励的实际情况,合理运用激励理论,提出了自己相应的对策和建议:即加强师德建设,融洽师生关系;完善基础工作,营造激励环境;树立“以生为本”,遵循发展规律; 引进全程激励,形成完整周期;建立评估体系,强化激励机制等方面,提出了高等职业院校学生激励机制基本优化的建议。望本文能给高等职业院校学生管理工作者提供~些思路。关键词:高等职业院校,激励机制,对策内象舌挪范大学硕士擎位论受。 ABSTRACT .upation education is‘akind ofgradation and type ofthe higher education in national education differentfrom the undergraduate education which。。emphasizes thesubjects,thehigher occupation education is on the basis ofthe occupation classification, according tosome requirements of actualbusiness activitiesranges totrain 。thefirst-lineutility(occupation orapplied)talented theprocess of rapid development in recent years,the lack ofknowledge ofthehigher occupation education insociety ismainly influenced by larger scale6f enrollment,the relatively poor teaching base andthelackofresearch。on‘the teaching ,inthe咖situation,it hasimportantSignificance to research how toestablish andoptimize thestudents'incentive mechanism of higher occupation education,arouse theirenthusiasm and cre‘ativeness,tap theirpotential and then improving theemciency-of higher occupation education.
