Corporate fund-raisi ng activities are the behaviors that enterprises according to their own needs for operation through various financing channels to obtain their requir ed capital by use of appropriate means. Financing activities is the necessary of enterp rise's survival and development. The result of Capital market developed is more financing modes emerge, due to the benefits 、costs and risks are different among a ll kinds of financing ways, so, companies should be based on their own needs to choose the best financing method. This paper is focuse on the analysis of Haier Group financing , fi rst of all is the analysis of Haier Group financing environment,then analysis its capita l structure, learned th at its financing ways mainly have the bank loan, common stock financ ing, at last focuse on a detailed analysis of four aspects,include specific stocks ipo, secondary offerings, share allotment, and bank loan. This article hopes to introduce the adva ntages and disadvant ages of different financing ways at first, then based on the analysis of the Haier Group’s financing methods, pointing out that th e reasonableness and the ex istence problems of its financing ways and the risk it will produce.
