文档介绍：摘要仁术健胃颗粒抗胃癌术后复发的临床研究捅要论文以《伤寒论》等传统中医理论为指导,在前期已证实益气清热活血法及其代表方仁术健胃颗粒有一定抗肿瘤作用的研究基础上,为胃癌术后的治疗探索可借鉴的方法和思路,为抗肿瘤术后复发、转移的基础研究提供临床基础. 论文首先阐明了现代医学对于胃癌发病机制的认识和对胃癌及其术后的主要治疗手段,提出了胃癌术后现代西医治疗手段的缺陷,不能有效的预防胃癌术后复发。其次通过总结分析古代文献,研究了古代中医关于胃癌的论述,,分析了胃癌发生发展因素,归纳出术后的主要病机为正虚邪实,正虚以脾虚为甚,邪实以热毒、痰浊、血瘀为主。论述了胃癌术后的中医辨证治疗方法,提出了益气清热活血法是治疗胃癌术后的主要治则治法,以及其代表方仁术健胃颗粒的组成和组方思路。论文对35例胃癌术后脾虚胃热血瘀证型患者的临床资料进行了分析与归纳,观察了其中医证候评分、生活质量评分、复发率、、改善生活质量、减轻毒副反应、提高免疫能力, 与单纯化疗组相比具有统计学意义(P<),从而证明了胃癌术后以益气清热活血法论治的合理性,确定了胃癌术后选用化疗结合仁术健胃颗粒治疗是一种有效的中西医结合治疗手段,同时也为进一步抗肿瘤术后复发、转移的基础研究提供了临床基础. 关键词:胃癌术后;抗复发;益气清热活血;仁术健胃颗粒;化疗;临床研究仁术健胃颗粒抗胃癌术后复发的临床研究 CIINICAL RESEARCH ON RENSHU JL蝌WEI GRANULES PREVENTING RECURRENCE FOR POSTOPERATIVE GASTRIC CANCER ABS,I’ACT We refered thetraditional theary inTreatise on Febrile Diseases asguide,and inthe earlyperiod,we have confirmed that,benefiting qi,clearing heat,activating blood circulation, and therepresentative prescription Ren shu Jianwei Granules has acertain anti-tumor provided a useful treatment methods for the postoperative gastric cancer patients,and clinicbasisforanti—tumor recurrence andmetastasis research.
