对外贸易中的“绿色壁垒〞及其影响对策
摘 要
当今的国际贸易中，绿色壁垒成为贸易保护的主要手段，是我国向兴旺国家出口的主要障碍。绿色壁垒对我国对外贸易的影响，我国政府和企业在对外贸易中有效躲避绿色壁垒的一些应对措施。绿色贸易壁垒是当今国际贸易保护主义的新动向,是非关税壁垒的重要组成局部,它对国际贸易的开展产生了很大程度的影响。文章在探讨绿色贸易壁垒的相关概念的根底上,系统地阐述了绿色贸易壁垒产生的原因、根本形式、特征及开展趋势,详细论述了它对我国对外贸易的影响,在此根底上,从政府和企业两个层面上提出了应对绿色贸易壁垒的对策建议国际经济一体化趋势越来越明显的大背景下，国际贸易作为国际经济一体化主要推动力之一，得到了前所未有的开展，各国间的经济贸易往来愈加频繁、关系愈加密切。同时，各国间的贸易竞争也到达了白热化的程度。一些国家为了到达保护本国产业与市场的目的，采取了一系列贸易限制措施，其中绿色贸易壁垒是自20世纪90年代以来，兴旺国家使用最频繁的一种，也是当今国际贸易领域主要的贸易壁垒之一。作为世界上最大的开展中国家，中国在近年的贸易出口中也频频遭遇此类壁垒，损失严重，因此，从理论层面分析绿色壁垒对中国对外贸易的影响具有重要的理论和现实意义。文章在阐述绿色贸易壁垒的定义、成因及表现形式的根底上，分析了绿色壁垒对我国对外贸易的影响，并提出了跨越绿色壁垒的对策。
