高效液相色谱法测定活血止痛胶囊的含量
[摘要] 目的:建立高效液相法测定活血止痛胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent-C18( mm×150 mm,5 μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙***-%磷酸溶液(17∶83);检测波长:316 nm;流速: ml/min。结果:替加***～ μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r= 9),%,RSD=%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于活血止痛胶囊中阿魏酸的质量控制。

Content determination of Huoxue zhitong Capsules by HPLC

[Abstract] Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of ferulic acid in Huoxue zhitong Capsules by HPLC. Methods: The Agilent-C18 ( mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of Acetonitrile and %-Phosphoric acid (17∶83), the flow rate was ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 316 nm. Results: The linear ranges of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride was at - μg (r= 9), the average recovery was % with a RSD of % (n=5). Conclusion: The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of ferulic acid in Huoxue zhitong Capsules.
