学生综合考评及评优评奖实施细则
（试行）
第一章总则
第一条：本细则依据《西南大学学生综合考评办法》（西校[2007] 247号）、《西南大学学生先进集体和个人评选表彰办法》（西校[2007] 248号）和《西南大学学生奖学金评定办法》（西校[2007] 249号）文件，结合学院教学管理规定制定实施。
第二条：本实施细则适用对象：西南大学政治与公共管理学院全日制本科学生。
第三条：学院成立综合考评及评优评奖工作领导小组，由主管学生工作和教学工作的学院领导、学院团委书记、各年级辅导员（班主任）组成。
各班成立由班、团主要干部和学生代表组成的学生考评小组（学生考评小组一般由9—11人组成，哲学专业由5—7人组成）。学生代表由各班同学酝酿推荐产生候选人，进行无记名投票差额选举。学生代表须有广泛代表性，注意男女比例、寝室分布。考评小组应在辅导员（班主任）指导下开展工作。
