随着社会经济的发展以及社会的进步，社会对人才的要求越来越高。在高知识密度的今天，我们如何很好的经营好自己呢？在自己在激烈竞争的社会中找到属于自己的位置呢？ So, below I publish some personal opinions 那么，下面我来发表几点个人见解。
First, if we want to good management of ourselves, planning our career, so first do is learning. Only by constantly learning, we can let ourselves keep a saturated state, to cope with the progress of social bring us new requirements and challenges. Through learning advanced skills, management knowledge, cultural knowledge, can we improve our comprehensive practice ability, let us in the fierce competition fo【talent in the shadow and off. But fo【 now, I only take after graduating college diploma, facing the fierce competition, I don not have so much capital compete with other people. So, now, I only through learning to improve our cultural level and synthetical ability, just have the capital to compete with others.
如果我们想很好的经营好自己，规划好自己的职业生涯，那么首先做到的就是不断的学习。只有通过不断的学习，我们才能让自己每时每刻保持一种饱和的状态，来应对不断进步的社会给我们带来的新的要求与挑战。通过学习先进的技能知识、管理知识、文化知识，才能提高我们的综合实践能力，让我们在激烈的人才竞争中脱影而出。然而至于现在的我，毕业后只拿着专科毕业证，面对着激烈竞争的社会环境，根本没有多少资本与别人竞争。因此，现在的我，只有通过学和综合能力，才有资本与别人去竞争。
