摘  要:综述了铝及铝合金无 铬外表处理技术,包括锆钛类处理、硅烷处理、稀土转化膜、高锰酸盐转化膜、钴盐转化膜、锂盐转化膜、有机酸转化膜等。目前在实践中获得应用的有锆钛转化处理和硅烷处理,但尚无一种无铬处理工艺能够完全代替铬酸盐处理工艺。

Abstract: Thechromate-freesurface treatment technologies foraluminum and its alloys including Zr/Ti treatment, silane treatment, rare earth conversion coatings, permanganate conversion coatings, cobalt salt conversion coatings, lithium salt conversion coatingsand organic acid conversion coatings werereviewed. The Zr/Ti treatment and silane treatment have beenused in practice. However,there is not a non-chromate conversion coating that can totally replace the chromate conversion coating.
