选举制度的含义
选举制度就是关于选举国家各级代表机关的代表和某些国家公职人员的原则、方法、组织和程序的总和。
The electoral system is the representative of the national representative organs at all levels on the election and some countries of civil servants principles, methods, organization and the sum of the program.
