中国城市建筑短命现象初探

摘要
城市建筑在社会发展的大环境下出现的拆除与重建本是城市更新的正常体现。
但是,我国近年来却有许多建筑在还未到其设计使用年限之时即被拆除,这些广泛
产生的案例逐渐形成了我国城市建筑的短命现象,而现象的出现不仅关系到建筑资
源和社会财富节约与否,而且还关系到社会和谐、环境污染以及可持续发展等方面。
本文以此为研究背景,通过对城市建筑短命现象产生原因的分析,提出了相应的解
决策略。
本文首先结合我国相关建筑规范界定了有关建筑寿命的一些基本概念,并结合
国外的相关规范对比概括了我国当前城市建筑短命现象的现状及问题,继而从经济
的损失、资源能源的浪费、环境污染的加重、城市文化的破环以及社会性问题产生
等几个方面总结了城市建筑短命现象所带来的各种负面影响,接着从建筑个体到城
市规划最后到社会这三个层面依次分析了导致我国城市建筑短命现象产生的各种原
因。在文章最后部分,结合原因分析,依旧从上述建筑个体、城市规划以及社会这
三个层面提出相应的解决策略。
本文是对有关我国城市建筑短命现象问题的初探性专项研究,是建筑可持续发
展研究大系统下的子课题,本文中相关探讨内容在一定程度上可为日后有关课题更
深入的研究提供相应的理论基础。

Abstract
The demolition and reconstruction of urban buildings, has long been considered to be
the phenomenon of urban renewal. However, in recent years, many buildings in China
have been demolished while they haven’t reached the design life yet. The phenomenon of
short-lived urban buildings not only relates to the resources of construction and social
wealth, but also to the social harmony, environmental pollution, and sustainable
the above mentioned as the background for the study, this article puts
forward the corresponding the strategies of solution after the analysis of the causes of the
phenomenon of short-lived urban buildings in China.
At the beginning,the article states the relevant codes about some basic concepts of the
building life, and gives parative overview of the phenomenon of short-lived urban
buildings and issues related to the status quo in pared with the relevant foreign
, the article summarizes the various negative effects including economic
loss of resources, energy waste, pollution increase, breakage of urban cultural and social
problem that caused by the phenomenon of short-lived urban in the three
lays as individual construction, urban planning and the social aspect, the article analyzes
