随着信息技术的飞速发展，全球掀起了信息化管理的浪潮。人们将先进的管
理思想与信息技术相融合开发出了企业生产管理系统。生产管理系统的广泛应用
极大地提高了企业生产管理的效率。然而随着制造行业竞争加剧，企业对生产管
理系统业务流程的规范性、操作的便利程度、可维护升级性、数据更新及时性及
安全稳定性等一系列性能提出了更高的要求。本文通过规范某离散制造企业生产
管理业务流程，设计生产管理系统的功能结构、软件体系和数据库，编写相关程
序实现设计功能，为该离散制造企业生产管理系统原型软件的研发奠定基础。
首先，本文对某离散制造企业生产管理实际状况进行了调研，在此基础上梳
理出了该企业生产管理存在的问题，进而提出了企业生产管理系统的目标，规范
了生产管理的业务流程，并对业务流程的各个环节做了需求分析，设计了系统的
功能结构。
其次，在分析了该离散制造企业生产管理过程中的信息需求和信息传递关系
后，设计了生产管理 E-R 图，并遵循 MySQL 的语法规则，详细设计了数据库表中
字段的字段名、字段类型、字段长度以及数据库表的主外键，完成了生产管理数
据库的设计。
最后，设计了以 JavaEE 为开发平台，B/S 为结构模式，SSH 为软件架构，
MyEclipse 为开发工具的该离散制造企业生产管理系统软件开发体系。应用设
计的软件体系，初步实现了企业生产管理系统的设计功能，并对计划管理、车间
管理、库房管理等功能进行了展示，为企业生产管理系统原型软件的研发打下了
基础。

Abstract
Growing tide of the information management is on the way with the rapid
development of information technology. The production-management system which is
widely used so that it has greatly improved the efficiency of enterprise production
management is developed with the amalgamation of advanced thought and information
technology. With the intensifying competition of manufacturing, enterprises give a
higher request to the production-management system, such as normative business
process, easy operation, maintainable scalability, timely update data and safe stability. It
has established the foundation for the research and development of prototype software
by regulating production-management business process of a given discrete
manufacturing enterprise, designing the functional structure, the software architecture
and the database, and compiling related software to achieve designed function.
Firstly, the existing problems are found by surveying the production-management
of a discrete manufacturing enterprise, the goal is proposed further. All stages of the
business process are made demand
