在反思中成长
------课内比较学活动后的思考

紧张的“课内比教学”活动终于圆满完成，我经历了几天的赛课、听课，深深的感触到这次赛课、听课不仅仅是一次活动的开展，而是一场教师能力的展现，智慧的较量。它促进了教师专业的成长，提高了教师专业水平和执教能力，加强了教师之间的业务交流与切磋。它为我提供了一次难得的学习机会，我收获颇多。我看到了一群勤于钻研、乐于敬业、与时俱进的同行们。他们每讲一课都是经过精心准备的，从导入新课到布置作业课后小结，每一句话都很精练、每一个问题的设计都恰到好处。可以说，同行们的精湛的教学艺术，不禁让我连声赞叹，如此深厚的功底，岂是一日可为？赞叹之余，更多的是沉思。
 一、对备课的思考。 
老师们的课之所以讲得好，是与他们对每一节课的精心准备分不开的。作为一线的教师，我将根据学科的特点，认真编写好教案，弄通教材内容，准确把握好教学目标，教学的重点、难点。精心设计教学问题，科学安排教学方法，认真组织教学语言，为上好每一堂课而做好全方位的准备。
        二、对课堂教学的思考。
