党校政工思想工作必须以广大职工为主体。即确立党校干部工作人员的健康思想意识很重要，并为党校职工所着想才能充分发挥职团队协作能力与基础保障作用。为此，党校能够运用到思想政治手段与管理模式是必然的，以此才能逐步指导单位各责任主体部门干部认真务实的学习基础理论，并时刻保持头脑清醒，坚定自身工作职责信念，切实发挥思想政工工作的重要指导作用与价值。可以说，新时期下，加强党校思想教育政工工作的执行力度，并坚持以人为本是确保了解党校职工思想意识与工作动态的必要执行手段，以此才能使得下至党校基层主体与上至党校部门干部都能务实的做好各项工作与任务，最终把自身社会责任充分体现出来。
