实行伦理查房 构建和谐医患关系
【摘要】 在当前患者自我保护意识不断提高、医患关系亟待进一步改善的情况下，医疗机构开展伦理查房，对提高医护人员的伦理素养、密切医患关系、全面提升医院的整体水平有着重要的现实意义。本文对山东中医药大学第二附属医院伦理查房的组织、形式和内容以及在促进医患和谐、营造良好的“伦理环境”中的作用进行了介绍。

【Abstract】 In the case of patient self-protection awareness increasing currently，and the doctor-patient relationship need to be further improved，practicing ethical ward-round in medical institution had important realistic meaning for improving the ethical quality of the medical staff，osculating the relation of the doctors and patients，and roundly improving the whole level of organization，methods and content of the ethical ward-rounds，the effect on promoting harmonious doctor-patient relationship and building good “ethical environment” in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were introduced.
