开展“树文明服务形象，展海西交通风采”
创 建 活 动 实 施 方 案
为进一步认贯彻落实好福建省交通厅《关于印发福建省交通运输行业树文明服务形象展海西交通风采创建活动实施方案的通知》精神和股份公司有关创建活动的相关工作要求，促进车站各项站务工作和员工思想素质、业务能力和服务水平不断提高，，塑造窗口满意形象，结合本站的实际情况,特制定创建活动方案如下：
一、指导思想和工作目标
围绕落实福建省交通厅《关于印发福建省交通运输行业树文明服务形象展海西交通风采创建活动实施方案的通知》和股份公司关于下发《福建省武夷交通运输股份有限公司省第六届文明行业创建活动方案》的通知精神，以服务人民、奉献社会为宗旨,以群众满意为标准，不断提高我站员工的思想素质、业务能力和服务水平，塑造窗口满意形象，带动我站文明建设。
同时,以“树文明服务形象、展海西交通风采”为主题，以《福建省创建文明行业工作测评体系》为标准，争取我站在新一轮文明行业创建工作中争创省级“工人先锋号”、“巾帼文明岗”、或“文明汽车站”等光荣称号。
二、创建活动工作内容
1、加强宣传教育，提高服务意识
为了认真扎实开展创建活动，我们将积极开展此次创建活动的宣传工作,大力营造创建活动氛围,充分利用车站广播、宣传栏、简报、候车室的大屏幕显等多种形势宣传此次创建活动，
