XX镇民情“大走访”活动总结
8月份以来，我们按照县委、县政府“察民情、办实事、大走访、大调研”活动的统一安排部署，立足镇情实际，不断创新大走访工作思路，扎扎实实抓民情走访，上门入户听群众诉求，认真开展民情“大走访”活动，现将活动开展情况总结如下：
一、强化组织保障，构建立体网络。我们把民情“大走访”作为当前压倒一切的中心工作，集中主要精力进行重点部署落实。一是加强领导主动抓。8月9日县委、县政法委“大走访”工作动员会之后，8月10日我镇迅速召开负责人会专题研究部署大走访工作，成立了以书记为组长的民调走访工作领导小组，其它党政负责人任副组长，村场、部门单位负责人为成员，领导小组下设“三组一办”，即干部作风转变组、民生实事解决组、民调走访办公室，对每周走访汇总的重点难点问题进行专题研究，书记、镇长亲自部署，调度落实。二是干部包干具体抓。结合“四进四办”工作机制，实行村场走访工作办点干部责任包干，明确了60名机关办点干部走访包村责任制，办点干部为第一责任人，村场支部书记为具体责任人，负责所办点村场的信息收集，意见反馈，矛盾化解，诉求办理等走访全部工作。三是部门单位联动抓。大走访活动是县委、县政府的重要决策部署，是一项全社会共同参与的系统工程，我们充分发挥单位部门在大走访活动中的有利优势，将3所中学、3个卫生院纳入走访工作中，切实发挥部门单位服务职能，
