由全国继续医学教育委员会统一公布的项目。
         ⑷省级学（协）会报省继续医学教育委员会办公室备案的学术年会。
         3、推广项目
         推广项目是为适应基层卫生专业技术人员培训、卫生突发事件应急培训，以及面向全体在职卫生人员开展的培训需要（如职业道德法规教育），由卫生部或省（自治区、直辖市）卫生厅（局）组织和批准的项目（包括现代远程教育项目）。
         （二）Ⅱ类学分
         1、各市州继续医学教育委员会评审公布的继续医学教育项目。
         2、自学、发表论文、科研立项、单位组织的学术活动等其它形式的继续医学教育活动。
第三条 学分计算方法
         （一）Ⅰ类学分计算方法
         1、参加国家级的继续医学教育项目活动，经考核合格者，按每3 小时授予1 学分；主讲人按每小时授予2 学分。每个项目所授学分数最多不超过10学分。
