一我国现代冷链物流企业的发展
（一）我国冷链接物流企业的发展历程
中国1978年从日本引进物流这一概念以来，已走过了几十年的路程。各国物流业的发展历史证明了，现代物流业是随着经济的全球化与信息网络技术的发展而发展的，是与一个协调一致的。中国的现代物流业经过近20年的准备与起步，从“九五”开始，特别是进入“十五”以后，有了较快的发展。可以这样讲，中国的现代物流业已迈过起步期，进入快速发展期，现代物流业已成为中国国民经济发展的重要产业，是进入二十一世纪中国经济发展的加速器，而冷链物流市场还没有达到。
（二）我国的冷链物流企业的发展趋势
 随着经济一体化和计算机与通信技术的不断发展，极大地促进了物流业的发展，使物流业迅速成为在全球具有巨大潜力和发展空间的新兴服务产业。现代物流已被我国政府、企业所重视，出现了迅猛的发展势头。政府从产业发展高度将发展现代物流作为支持经济持续发展、改善投资环境、提高社会经济效益、降低社会成本、充分利用社会资源的重要策略，生产企业把物流作为企业的第三利润源泉和获取企业竞争优势的战略机会，传统物流企业(运输、仓储等企业)把发展现代物流作为重新打造企业、寻求企业新的利润增长点、实现企业再发展的战略目标。
