【摘要】 目的:探讨瞠来磷酸药物治疗效果及其对患者骨代谢指标的实际
影响•方法:选取我院收治的老年男性骨质疏松患者9 0例，随机均匀分成两组，对 照组患者主要进行常规碳酸钙D 3片以及骨化三醇药物治疗，研究对比两组患者 骨代谢指标改善情况•结果:经过两组患者临床治疗,在患者临床治疗有效率上和 骨代谢指标改善情况上，观察组明显高于对照组'且在患者后期不良反应发生情况 和生活质量改善情况上，观察组也明显优于对照组，差异存在统计学意义(PV 0. 0 5 )・结论:呼来磷酸对骨代谢指标的影响较大'且应用有效率较高.【关键词】 哇来磷酸;骨代谢指标;骨质疏松;影响
