四、工程启动验收委员会设设备验收组，设备验收组组长由运维检修部负责人担任。验收组下设若干运检专业小组，专业小组组长由运维检修部相关专业人员担任。
五、设备验收组主要职责：核查设备质量的预检查报告，组织各运维专业验收检查，听取各专业验收检查组的验收检查情况汇报，审查验收检查报告，责成有关单位消除缺陷并进行复查和验收；确认设备是否符合设计和验收规范要求，是否具备试运行及系统调试条件，核查设备技术监督部门的监督报告，提出设备质量评价的意见，归口协调并监督工程移交和备品备件、专用工器具、运维资料的移交。相关专业验收要求请见附件。
六、建设管理与运行管理部门共同编制工程交接验收方案，验收内容包括建安工程、设备设施、安全措施、周边（通道）环境、试验报告、文件资料等。
七、各专业管理部门要及时将工程交接验收情况向本单位分管领导汇报，交接验收报告须经专业管理部门审核并经分管领导同意后方可提交工程启动验收委员会。
八、建设部门按照《***输变电工程验收管理办法》（国网（基建/3）188-2015）负责组织电网建设工程的隐蔽工程验收、材料设备进场验收、设备交接试验、三级自检、监理初检、中间验收和竣工预验收工作。
