正交试验法优选枣仁安神胶囊提取工艺
[摘要] 目的：优选枣仁安神胶囊提取的最佳工艺条件。方法：以浸膏中酸枣仁皂苷A和B的含量为指标，用高效液相色谱测定，采用L9（34）正交试验优选提取工艺。结果：最佳工艺条件为8倍量水，煎煮3次， h。结论：优选的枣仁安神胶囊提取工艺稳定、可行，提取率高。

Study on optimizing the decocting extraction for Zaoren Anshen Capsules by orthogonal design method

[Abstract] Objective: To study on optimizing decocting extraction for Zaoren Anshen Capsules by orthogonal design method. Methods: Optimized the decocting extraction with L9(34) orthogonal test, the yields of extracts, the content of the Jujubaside A and Jujubaside B were used as evaluating criteria. They was determined by HPLC. Results: The optimal condition was 8 folds amount of water, 3 times, hours each time. Conclusion: The optimized extractive technology is stable and efficient with high yields.

酸枣仁胶囊是由酸枣仁、丹参、五味子（醋炙）组成，具有养心安神、镇静催眠之功效，用于失眠、头昏、健忘等的治疗。酸枣仁为方中君药，其中酸枣仁皂苷A和酸枣仁皂苷B为酸枣仁镇静催眠的主要成分[1]。笔者参照文献[2-7]，以出膏率、酸枣仁皂苷A、酸枣仁皂苷B为指标，采用正交试验法对酸枣仁等药材的煎煮工艺进行优选，以期获得最佳工艺条件。
1 仪器与试药
岛津LC-10A高效液相色谱仪和Alltech 2000蒸发光散射检测器；甲醇为色谱纯，其他试剂均为分析纯；酸枣仁皂苷A和B对照品（中国药品生物制品检定所，批号：11073
