具有五年以上护师工作经验
2. 知 识 技 能 与 素 质 要 求
知识技能要求
熟练掌握基础护理、本科室专科护理及常用急救技术，能独立准确评估、判断和处理本专业护理问题。
具有较丰富的临床或技术工作经验，能熟练地掌握本专业技术操作，处理较复杂的专业技术，能对下一级卫生技术人员进行业务指导。
能根据病人情况制订护理计划并组织实施。
基本素质要求
对医院具有很高的忠诚度，能维护与执行医院的重大决策,并动员和带领病区护理人员共同遵守。
具有一定的组织协调能力，善于处理护理过程中的各种矛盾和问题，团结协作，能够充分调动科室护理人员的积极性和创造性。
对于下级护士在日常护理中的疑难问题能给予耐心的解答，做到言传身教。
具有细致入微的观察力，对本科室病人的病情有一定的分析判断能力，有熟练的技能技巧，
