类别等非全日制高校毕业生）中，招募300名志愿者到三明、南平、龙岩、宁德纳入县级基本财力保障范围的县（市、区）的乡镇开展为期二年的教育、卫生、农技、扶贫、青年工作等方面的志愿服务。同时，继续做好2010年和2011年招募的志愿者的管理服务工作和就业服务工作。志愿者服务期满后，鼓励其扎根基层，或者自主择业。
志愿者应具备以下条件：
1．热爱祖国，热爱社会主义，拥护党的基本路线和方针政策。
2．具备奉献精神，能切实履行志愿者光荣的职责。
3．具备服务岗位所需的相应的专业知识。
4．符合体检标准，年龄不超过25周岁（1987年7月1日后出生），研究生学历放宽至28周岁（1984年7月1日后出生）。
二、政策支持
（一）在岗待遇
1．服务期间享受每人每月不低于1400元的生活补贴，按现行渠道按月发放；统一办理社会保险，并享受每人每年200元的人身意外伤害保险。
2．到纳入县级基本财力保障范围的县（市、区）的乡（镇）参加“服务欠发达地区计划”的大学生志愿者，其在校期间的国家助学贷款本息，由服务县（市、区）财政按每年2000元代为偿还。
（二）期满政策
参加“服务欠发达地区计划”的志愿者服务期满后自主择业，
