医疗废物管理制度
一、医疗废物管理责任人，要经常性组织科室人员认真学****医疗废物管理条例》，增强管理意识，落实部门医疗废物管理职责。
二、科室对产生的医疗垃圾按《医疗废物分类目录》分类收集，医疗废物要置于符合《医疗废物专用包装、容器的标准和警示标识的规定》的包装物或容器内。
三、盛装医疗废物前，认真检查医疗废物包装物或容器有无破损、渗漏。盛装医疗废物达到包装袋的3/4时，应当使用有效的封口方式，使包装袋的封口紧实、严密，以防止运送过程中遗撒。
四、化学性废物中，批量报废的化学试剂要交专门机构处理，批量报废含有***的体温计、血压计等医疗器械要交专门机构处理。
五、医疗废物中有病原体的标本和菌种等高危废物在交医疗废物集中处理前，应当就地消毒处理后按感染性废物处理。
六、放入包装袋内的医疗废物不得取出。每个包装物应当有警示标识，同时填写医疗废物产生单位、生产日期、类别。
