文档介绍：I 摘要随着计算机及网络技术的普及和推广,校园一卡通系统随着智能卡技术的发展而成为学校提升管理水平,促进学校管理手段的现代化的强有力载体。由于前期建设缺乏整体规划,学校各部门从各自角度出发建设适合自己需求的一卡通系统,形成多卡并存的局面,许多学校在食堂、图书馆、财务工资、后勤物资、科研经费、门禁/ 通道等领域存在着自成体系的“卡应用系统”甚至不同食堂的系统也不相同,名为一卡通,实际上相互不衔接、不共享,不仅导致资源浪费;而且使得师生、员工的工作证、学生证、图书证、等证件名目繁多,给广大师生带来很大的不便。一方面,校园各种收费服务逐渐增加,校园卡须走出食堂,进入如超市、网络、上机等校园消费的各个领域,实现全面的“以卡代币”另一方面, 经过近年来的数字化校园建设,越来越多的信息系统投入使用,校园卡需要承担更多的身份识别和信息服务的功能。校园卡没有形成统一的管理体系,导致工作效率低,增加管理难度。不能再沿用传统的建设思路,必须对校园一卡通进行重新思考和定位。本文根据我院在实施校园一卡通工程中的实际并结合多方面经验,提出在学校后勤实行社会化管理模式下的校园一卡通的建设中应注意的问题和应采取的方案。首先建立一套设计全面、架构灵活、功能完善的应用体系,然后辅之以质量优异的硬件设备,从而形成新一代的校园一卡通体系,实现真正意义上的“一卡在手,走遍校园,一卡多用,校内外通用”。通过本的设计,实现校园各种收费服务,逐渐统一账户,单点充值,多点使用,论文对一卡通系统构成、系统的扩展、安全性、软件开发开展了工作,建立了银校一卡通系统,它所采用的校园卡可代替现有的多种证件,包括:学生证、工作证、身份证、借书证、阅览证、医疗证、会员证、就餐卡和钱包。较为完善的一卡通系统与银行联网,甚至可以代替存折, 减少了取款与存款的麻烦。关键词: 银校一卡通, IC 卡,管理,应用 II ABS T RACT With the popularity puter and network technology and promotion of campus card system with the developmen t of smart card technology to enhance management of the school level, school management tools to promote the modernization of the powerful carrier.
