文档介绍：摘要^ 学生心理健康问题是目前学校教育中一个比较突出的问题,学校心理健康教育的成效直接影响着学生的素质水平,以致影响国民素质的提高。目前我国学校心理健康教育的成效还很难令人满意。教师是组织教育活动的主体,在影响学校心理健康教育效果的因素中,心理健康教育教师的素质具有重要的地位。目前中小学心理健康教育教师身份认同模糊甚至偏差,是尤为突出的一个问题。中小学心理健康教育教师的身份认同感现状如何,影响因素有哪些,怎样提高心理健康教育教师的身份认同感,等等,这些问题都急需深入研究。本研究在借鉴已有的研究成果的基础上,依托教育学、心理学等有关理论,运用文献研究法,对心理健康教育教师的身份认同感作了一番理论研究。主要观点和研究内容如下。学校心理健康教育教师是能够根据学生的心理活动规律,在心理学、教育学、社会学等多学科理论的指导下,有目的、有计划地培养学生良好的心理素质,维护其心理健康,开发其心理潜能,提高其心理机能,进而促进其整体素质提高的教育者。心理健康教育教师是学校心理健康教育的直接实施者,建立正确的身份认同感是有效开展心理健康教育的前提。由于受多方面因素影响,当前中小学心理健康教育教师还没有建立起正确的身份认同感,还存在着心理健康教育教师¨ 与管理者、德育教师和普通教师混淆。认为心理健康教育教师的作用仅仅是维护学生心理健康或是传授心理学知识。这种状况主要是受心理教育定义模糊、应试教育、心理健康教育组织管理混乱、缺乏科学的评估机制等因素的影响。为改善这一状况,有效提高心理健康教育教师的身份认同水平,应正确认识学校心理健康教育对学生发展的意户义,解决心理健康教育教师的后顾之忧,实现管理规范化,建立权威专业组织进行业培训和考核、建立适合本校的心理健康教育模式等。关键词:中小学心理健康教育,心理健康教育教师,身份认同- ‘、^ ^ l ABSTRACT Recently, the psych0109ical health issue es a critical problem for students intheir school daily life,which and directly affects the study qual ity of students, also affects the enhancement of nat ional qual , it is very difficult to be satisfying with the result of sch001 psychological health educat are the core part within the education activities,the teachers health education knowledge level are playing very important role, whose knowledge and effects could influence the basis of health education.
