Observation of curative effect on mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effectiveness of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Selected 52 patients with ectopic pregnancy sought treatment in our hospital from october 2011 to september 2012. They were assigned randomly into two groups （there were 25 cases in treated group， and 27 cases in control group） with the help of random digital table. The treated group used mifepristone combined with methotrexate， while the control group used methotrexate only. Observed the recuperative time of blood β-HCG， the time progesterone value dropped below 5 ng/mL， disappearance time of vaginal bleeding， mass and abdominal pain.
