肿瘤相关物质测定对肿瘤诊断价值

【摘要】目的探讨肿瘤相关物质（TSGF）在诊断肿瘤中的临床价值。方法使用比色法检测122例患者（68例非肿瘤患者，54例肿瘤患者）和50例健康对照组的血清TSGF含量。结果肿瘤组与非肿瘤组、健康对照组的阳性率差异有非常显著性（P＜）；治疗前、治疗无效及复发患者的血清TSGF水平均明显高于治疗显效组和对照组（P＜）；局部、远处复发患者之间差异有显著性。结论TSGF可作为肿瘤标志物的筛选试验，对肿瘤治疗疗效及预后判断，尤其是监测复发转移有较高价值，可在临床诊断中推广应用。
