茶叶质量安全与我县茶产业可持续发展的思考

 摘要：茶叶是我县农业生产的优势产业之一，近年来，虽然发展势头十分迅速，但在生产过程中仍存在一些影响质量安全的问题，为了保护广大群众的身体健康和生命安全，本文提出了相关在降低农残、杜绝有毒有害微生物、重金属、异物等的主要措施，并从提高产业的整体质量水平出发，落实科学的发展观，从科技示范、标准化、龙头企业、品牌等角度，浅谈了叙永茶产业可持续发展的基本思路。

茶叶是我县具有资源优势和消费传统的特色农产品，几乎每个乡镇都涉及到种茶制茶及饮茶，近年来，随着种茶面积的扩大、产量的增加，加工企业经销网点的增多，对我县茶叶产品的质量与安全提出了更高的要求。落实科学的发展观，做优做强茶产业，保持其健康可持续发展是亟待思考的问题。
