General Description Automatic dosing system capable to dose any chemical in powder (as Sodium Chlorite (NaClO) , Sodium Sulphate (Na2SO4 ), Soda Ash (Na2CO3) , etc.) The products dosed will be automatically sent into the destination tanks, using the minimum quantity of water (Minimum Ratio 1:1). Each one of the machines posed by the following sections: 1 Dosing unit 2 Storage 3 Electronic controls 1) DOSING UNIT The powder auxiliaries, stored on the silos, are dosed into a dissolving tank mounted on loading cells. The system, under PC/PLC control, prepares a suspension that will be sent to the final destinations. The supply will include: ? Dissolving tank in stainless steel 500 Lt. Capacity fitted with: ?
