文档介绍:沈阳药科,i学硕{j学位论文摘璎摘要日本木瓜Chaenomeles japonica(Thunb.)(Rosaceae)木瓜属植物, 又名倭海棠《中国树木学》,和木瓜(台湾)。分布于韩国南部地区和日本,中国江苏、浙江、台湾、陕西等地有庭院栽培。日本木瓜的果实可以作为木瓜的代用品。木瓜具有舒筋、活络、健脾开胃、舒肝止痛、祛风除湿之功效,可用于预防和治疗风湿病、霍乱、痢疾、肠炎、脚气病及维生素C缺乏症等。本文对日本木瓜根的甲醇提取物的正丁醇层可溶部分进行化学成分的研究,经大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、开放硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、循环制备高效液相色谱等方法,分离出13个单体化合物。通过理化性质及波谱解析等方法,并与参考文献对照,鉴定了其中9个化合物,确定化合物的结构分别为(6S,9R)-Roseoside(1),Kaempferol3-O-fl·D—glucoside?7 Oct-L-rhamnoside (2),Kaempferol3?O D—galactoside-7-D.∞L·rhamnoside(3),Lyoniside(4),Nudipos- ide(5),3,-Trihydroxyacetophenone(6),Bis(2一ethylhexyl)phthalate(7),Bis(2-methyl heptyl)phthalate(8),Dibutylphthalate(9)。其中化合物2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9为首次从木瓜属植物分离得到的已知化合物,化合物1为首次从该植物分离得到的己知化合物。关键词:日本木瓜;化学成分;结构解析沈阳药科大学硕l‘学位论文 Abstract Abstract Chaenomeles japonica(Thunb.)Lindl.,belonging toRosaceae,is a defoliating hrub with thorns on the branches,and about m high,wildly distributed inthe SO- uthern parts ofthe Korean peninsula,Japan and cultivated inJiangsu,Zhejiang,Tai— wan,Shanxi and otherregions monly grown as a garden plant.
