II. Air Travel
All associates are encouraged to use the lowest applicable airfares, including promotional fares that meet the traveler's business schedules.
Non-refundable tickets can be applied to a future trip. Safeguarding these tickets are the employee's responsibility.
1. Travel Class Guidelines
Officers may travel first class if available.
All other associates should fly economy if the flight time is 3 hours or less. In the event economy class is unavailable, then business class may be selected. For flight times over 3 hours, business class may be selected. Exceptions require written approval by the relevant Officer prior to the specific trip.
Travel to Atlanta/ Cross-Divisional Functional Meetings
All travel to Atlanta must be reviewed in advance by the relevant Headquarters function head and Division President. Approvals should be confirmed by the M&FE Group Office prior to finalizing travel plans.
All cross-divisional functional meetings in the M&FE Group should be reviewed by the relevant Headquarters' function head and the M&FE Group Office.
3. Home Leave
Travel associated with home leave is covered under the Corporate policy guidelines.
4. Associates Seconded to Bottlers
All associates seconded to Bottlers should travel in accordance with the related Bottler's Travel Policy.
Travelers from Atlanta
All travel from Atlanta to the Division must be cleared in advance by the Division President and approved by M&FE Group Office.
III. Hotel Rooms
Selection
