二要着力加强基地建设，大力发展现代农业。坚持“以人为本、因地制宜、统筹规划”原则，整合有利资源，以新型农村社区建设和新村综合体建设为载体，大力实施新农村新社区建设。进一步壮大简阳晚白桃、龙泉山阳面桃子镇等水果特色产业，扩大养殖、蔬菜、水果基地规模。大力发展农业专业合作社，加快推进农民收入由传统粮食生产向规模化果蔬生产过渡，使更多的农民变工人、农村变社区。继续实施产业招商，强化土地流转，推动标准化专业化生产。
三要着力加强景区建设，充分繁荣现代服务业。按照市委、市政府总体规划，重点发展生产性服务业、大力发展新兴服务业、全面提升传统服务业。大力发展樱花节、桃花节、樱桃节等乡村旅游、节会旅游产业，加快樱桃沟国家3A级旅游景区创建，着力打造山地生态景观、特色水果及特色餐饮文化，创造踏青、赏花、采摘、休闲的良好条件。积极开展星级饭店和星级农家乐评定，到2015年力争实现旅游收入3亿元。
（二）坚持互促共进、强化统筹，推进城乡一体发展
城乡统筹发展，是全面小康建设的客观要求。要抓牢用好我镇紧邻成都全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区机遇，切实加强城乡统筹力度，努力推动城乡协调发展。
一要持续优化基础设施。坚持“完善交通路网，配套水电气讯”，主动对接国、省、市投资方向，紧密结合大、中、小、微路网规划，扎实做好“一河一路三片”建设。完成城镇总规修编，配合成渝高铁、成都市二绕贾家项目段的工程实施，按照基础设施投入的进度，适时控制
